Refund policy

How purchases work

Painting4Real kits are sold and shipped through Amazon. When you choose a kit on
painting4real.com and select "Buy on Amazon", your order is placed with Amazon,
and Amazon handles payment, delivery, returns and refunds.

This means Amazon's returns and refunds policy applies to your purchase, not a
separate Painting4Real policy. We cannot process a refund for an Amazon order
ourselves, because we never take the payment.

Returning a kit

Most Painting4Real kits are covered by Amazon's standard return window, which is
usually 30 days from delivery. The exact window and any conditions are shown on
the product listing and in your Amazon order details.

To start a return:

1. Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account
2. Find your Painting4Real kit
3. Select Return or Replace Items
4. Follow the instructions Amazon gives you

Amazon will confirm your refund amount and timing. Refunds are issued by Amazon
to your original payment method.

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete

Report it through Your Orders on Amazon first, as that is the fastest route to a
replacement or refund.

Please also email us at info@painting4real.com and tell us which kit it was and
what was wrong. We want to know when a kit does not arrive in good condition, and
we will make sure the problem is fixed at our end.

Your video lesson

Every kit includes lifetime access to its step-by-step video lesson. The access
details are printed on the instruction card inside your kit.

If you return a kit, the lesson that came with it is returned too, and the access
details are no longer valid.

If you have your kit but cannot open the lesson, do not return anything. Email
info@painting4real.com and we will get you in. This is almost always something we
can sort out in a few minutes.
