Shipping policy

Who ships your kit

Painting4Real kits are fulfilled by Amazon. When you select "Buy on Amazon" on a
product page, your order is placed with Amazon, and Amazon packs, ships and
tracks it.

We do not ship orders ourselves, so there is no separate Painting4Real dispatch
schedule to wait for. Your kit ships on Amazon's normal timeline for the delivery
option you choose.

Delivery times and costs

Your delivery estimate and any shipping cost are shown at Amazon checkout, before
you pay. They depend on your address, the option you pick, and whether your
account has Prime.

If your kit is Prime eligible, Prime delivery speeds apply in the usual way.

Where we ship

Delivery areas are set by the Amazon listing. Most Painting4Real kits ship within
the United States. If a kit can be delivered to your address, Amazon will show it
as available when you check out.

Tracking your order

Tracking is handled entirely through Amazon:

1. Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account
2. Find your Painting4Real kit
3. Select Track Package

Amazon will also email you tracking updates. We do not receive tracking
information for individual orders, so Amazon is always the fastest place to look.

Late or missing deliveries

If your kit is late, marked delivered but not there, or lost in transit, report it
through Your Orders on Amazon. Amazon can reship or refund, and they can do it
faster than we can on your behalf.

Please also email info@painting4real.com if a delivery goes wrong. We keep track
of these so we can raise recurring problems with Amazon.

Your video lesson

Your lesson access details are printed on the instruction card inside the kit, so
they arrive with the box rather than by email. There is nothing separate to wait
for and nothing to download.
